Hi!

Im planning to make a short trailer like film, and need a narration over with an American accent.
But this time i dont need a trailer like voice, but a Vin Diesel (Chronicles of Riddick) or Mickey Rourke (Sin City) like voice. basey and grungy sounding.

It has to sound like the person is explaining his work, as a hitman, so it needs to be dark and sinister...but with a "im getting tired of this work" tone.. :)

Here is the text, and as im not a native English speaking guy, if you think a sentence would sound better, please be free to improvise, but keep the meaning of the text intact.

Here is the text:

If someone told you, that being a professional killer is an easy job... they lied!
Long hours, always looking over your shoulder are just a couple of things you do most of the time.
But to take a life.... for that you need to be a whole different kind of animal.
The first kill is always the hardest, but after that its easy as pie...
At least I thought so...
I've been doing this job for a long time... and its getting harder with every new assignment....

Thank you very much!

Maybe you can use this. I recorded a few dry reads for you. They haven't been edited. Let me know if it's something you can use and I'll clean them up or make changes. Hope this helps.

Edit - 2nd Attachment - Edited file and lowered pitch. See if you like this.

Rob
